Whey protein, the only supp u really need IMO
but nothing will give u fast results, it takes time and hard work to put on muscle. if u dont have the patients dont bother.
Whether u gain muscle or not will depend on how good ur diet and routine are, bottom line. there is NO magic supplement. Do the hard work. You have to earn a good body, u cant just buy it in a pill or powder.
