Finding the Best Body Building Diet To Build Muscle Fast   by Fong Toh Jeng

If you are looking to increase body mass, then the most important factor is going to be your diet.

Let me tell you a story of how I turned from being permanently skinny to having a physique that I always wanted. I was a member of a gym for a year, and I diligently went 3 times a week, did my split routine, spent my time on the bench press, and curl rack, but it didn’t make much of a difference. I was still skinny. After a while, I couldn’t help but notice the same faces working out with me every week, and it struck me – why do these people look exactly the same even when they have been going to the gym for months, even years? They seemed to be working out hard, and were grunting and sweating like you would expect, so it wasn’t due to laziness. The only exception was a couple of guys who really had transformed themselves. I decided to get the courage to ask them for their advice in the hope that they would share some built muscle tips.

One told me that the only way to increase body mass, was to have a Body Building Eating plan and sticking to it. If I just decided to work out, but eat the same food I always used to eat, then I would not see much of a difference. If I was serious about following a body building diet, I would have to change the way I eat completely. He also offered a few built muscle tips in regard to his diet. He told me that I needed to eat 1 gram of protein for every target pound I wanted. So as I wanted to get to 200lb, the best way to do this was to eat 200 grams of protein every day. I had totaled up the amount of protein I ate, and it didn’t even come to half of that – little wonder I wasn’t able to get the results I wanted.

He also told me that a lot of people make the mistake of trying to cut out all the fats when they start to try and increase body mass. These people thought that if they didn’t have any fat, then they wouldn’t get fat – they didn’t get fat, but they also didn’t increase body mass either. He said that if I was serious about a body building eating plan, I should include healthy fats, alongside my increased protein, and research exactly what foods would be able to give me my perfect diet.

I decided to research more into a bodybuilder diet, and found foods that exactly fit my criteria and contained plenty of complete proteins, and healthy fats. I stuck to my diet, and carried out my routine training as before, and the results were incredible. Within a month I had increased my muscular definition, and I really see the difference in my chest, lats, arms and shoulders. I began to look muscular and people commented on how fit I looked. Soon, at the gym people started to look to me for advice, all because I changed my eating plan so I knew what to eat to gain muscle fast.
